Hey, my name is Danesha

I am Danesha, a freelance documentary photographer initially based in London, currently studying in Birmingham. I primarily use portraits and contextual photographs to investigate themes of discrimination, identity and representation. Working with digital mediums, I make work that tells individual stories while addressing larger social themes. My process often includes significant research to gain knowledge on these themes. I'm currently working on documentary projects that align with my core values, whilst exploring new creative processes.
